Anaïs Monlong

Anaïs is a Venture Principal on IRIS's early-stage team. She invests in ambitious early-stage French start-ups with a focus on AI, developer tools, data infrastructure, automation, industrial tech, and proptech. She also owns AI tooling internally at IRIS and codes herself.

She joined IRIS in 2023 and backed Adaptive ML, Hopia, Qovery, and Weefin. Adaptive ML, a reinforcement learning platform for enterprise AI, was acquired by Datadog in June 2026.
